Returns & Exchanges Policy

What is our return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return and exchange requirements

  • Items must be in original condition, with no signs of wear or damage
  • Must be in original packaging (with tags attached)
  • Returns must be shipped from the same country they were delivered to
  • You will need your order number to get started

What cannot be returned?

  • Sale items and final sale merchandise
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How do I start a return or exchange?

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account and go to Order History
  2. Select the order containing the items you want to return
  3. Click on "Return Items" and follow the instructions
  4. Print the prepaid return label and attach it to your package
  5. Drop off your package at the nearest shipping location

A few things to keep in mind

  • All returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Exchange items will be shipped once we receive your return
  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately

My item arrived damaged or broke after a while - what can I do?

If your item arrived damaged or broke soon after wearing, please reach out to our customer service team with the details and we will help get a replacement sorted for you.

Here are a few things to note

  • We cannot replace bracelets that have been cut, shortened, or re-burned
  • Lost or stolen items are not covered
  • We can only offer replacements for items purchased directly from our website
  • For in-store purchases, please contact the original retailer

How do I return my in-store purchase?

At this time, we are not able to process in-store returns through our website. To return an item purchased in-store, please head back to the retail location where you made the purchase.

Be sure to bring your receipt with you - the store team will take it from there!

What if I received a gift?

Got a gift? We have got you covered! Just send us the order number or the email of the person who gifted it to you, and we will take it from there.
